This is a pretty good hotel, located at the entrance to the foot bath. The exquisite entrance method is very special. We booked a luxury suite. The interior was spacious and clean, and we felt very comfortable. The service is relatively average. The room attendant did not introduce the rooms or hotel facilities. They have two Chinese employees who do not come to deal with Chinese guests. I don't know how they manage it. However, the most disappointing thing is the food and beverage. The banquet cuisine is not very good, the hairy crab is very fishy, and the desserts are all Western-style. I don’t understand the meaning of a hundred Western-style desserts in Japanese cuisine. Anyway, we lost our appetite after eating half of it.

Overall the room is really big including a private hot spring, food was okay, but definitely overpriced (84000 yen for two per night). Given that the cost per night is so high, the service was a bit disappointing as no one explained what facilities the hotel has and communication in English was extremely difficult

1) Japanese-Western fusion food are amazing here!!!! 2) extremely high privacy. 3) nice staffs 4) maintenance still have room for improvement

A remarkable and memorable experience. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay amazingly enjoyable. The breakfasts and dinners we're outstanding; some of our best meals during our vacation. I highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

Fantastic food course menu. Dinner and breakfast, both were very fantastic. I really want to revisit here. Room was so clean and comfortable. Price is expensive but I think this hotel is deserved. Custom service was also good and employee was kind.

Fantastic experience! Very nice staff: the whole experience from check-in to check-out was as smooth as can be. The room was impecable, clean and spacious, and the private onsen is just to die for!! The public onsen is amazing too and open during the night. The food was good too, though an improved English menu would be much appreciated. The surrounding area is extremely beautiful and great for hiking. Overall an excellent stay! 本当に素晴らしかった！

A memorable experience to be sure! The private onsen was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortably furnished and decorated. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the desire to visit Noboribetsu and soak in some hot springs.

It was amazing experience. Food was SO lovely as well as the bath in the room was amazing. All staff members are very friendly yet professional. They did so much for our honeymoon to be so special. I love this place so much can't wait to come back!
